Hi Ryan! Ingrid, being a working mom takes a lot of energy, what advice can you give other working moms who really want to start a new project or venture but find at the end of the day they are just too tired to get started. What’s energizes you?

    Hi Kate,

I’m sorry we weren’t able to get to your question during the live show. The comments do not update instantly as chat does. I was, however, able to get a response from Ingrid to your question, and what a great question it is! Here’s what she has to say:

“Yes that is a wonderful question and my answer is Organization, and Focus. You list all your responsibilities outside of your project and lay out time schedules and plan B and C if something goes not as planned (back up) you dedicate being 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour or 3 hours every day at the exact same time daily or 3 times a week (whatever you like) to your project. AND YOU STICK TO IT! Other people need to honor your request to leave you be, you need to honor YOURSELF to stick to it and you let key people in your life, made aware of this new schedule. Basically you have to ask yourself, how important is this to you and what experience do you want every second of the day and orchestrate, navigate your life accordingly. All the best on [your] decision! — Ingrid Katal”
